1. Define a plant
2. Identify different types of plant in their environment.
3. Draw a plant

Content:
Plants are living organism that take in carbon dioxide and produce oxygen. They can manufacture their food by themselves. They beautify our environment and can be found everywhere.

The above diagram show various examples of plants around us. Types of plants includes:-
1. Water leaf flower
2. Cowpea flower
3. Paw paw tree
4. Mango tree
5. Iroko tree etc

Uses of plants
Look at the diagram below and study what plants are been used for

Plants are useful both to animals and man, there are various uses of plants, some are
1. It provides shelter
2. Serves as source of food either directly or indirectly
3. Provides job and employment for people
1. Serves as source of income
2. They are source of raw materials for manufacturing companies
3. Can be used in the production of paper, textile etc
4. They are uses to produce drugs

Content:
Parts of a plant
Plant can be mainly divided into three parts which are
1. The root
2. The stem
3. The leaves
Other parts include;

5. The seed

1. Define farm animals
2. Identify farm animals
3. List some farm animals around them

FARM ANIMALS
Farm animals are domesticated animals, they are kept on the farm to work in the farm or they can be raised up in the farm or at home. Farm animals unlike wild animals are not dangerous animals, they useful for a lot of things.
Farm animals produce milk, egg, meat, wool, skin, leather etc
